Can I change items on my order?

If the items in your order are not available for immediate shipment and our warehouse has not yet started to prepare your order, you may choose to:

  • Remove items from your order.
  • Cancel your order.

(Adding items is not possible.)

To edit your order, please access “your account.”

If we have already started preparing your order, the status of your order will have changed to “in preparation” and you will not be able to make changes to it. From this point on:

  • If you need to add an item: please place a new and separate order (this may result in additional shipping costs).
  • If you need to remove an item: you have 14 days to return the item from the date your order is delivered.
